Smokehouse 93 has above grade Canadian meats that have been slow smoked for 12-20 hrs and it's Hot N Ready for consumption.

Unfortunately we don't take reservations for seating but we do have a significant number of oversized tables in our dining room and outdoor patio.

Slow smoked BBQ takes hours to prepare and we strive to smoke enough meat to serve the Columbia valley daily but we do sell out of some or all items before closing each day.

At SMOKEHOUSE 93 we look at using the freshest ingredients. Seasonings are hand selected, mixed and used on specific meat to draw out naturals flavours combined with smoke.
